3. Ca the same date, Tsang Ab-ili* mafoo in the employ of Kooog Yah livery stables 42/3 Sbantaog Road, was charged with cruelly illtreatiog a pooy by working it attached to s public car-age whilst in very poor condition and over-marked, in need of both rest and food at 2.40 p.m. on the Lot instant.

Seven previous convictions were proved, four of which occurred during the present year. Fined $15 and costs, pony sent to stables till fit, 4.
