Several Important Discoveries

Rheims, July 9.

The Cardinal blessed, in a solemn ceremony this evening, the organs on which a commemorative concert was rendered. These organs are new, too, as are a great many sculptural works which could not be restored even by the famous French architect, Henri Denen. The latter was engaged in the task of restoring the Cathedral to its former glory for the last 20 year: In this period of time, while construction works were|going on, several archaeological discoveries made, among the most notable be g that of a fifth century crypt.

Celebrations this evening consisted of the presentation of a miracle-play. "Adam and Eve," on the flood lit space before the Cathedral. This presentation was the first to be given here since the fifteenth century.—
