Twenty Bombers Sold to China in Past Years Los Angeles, May 27.
Superior Court jury after half an hour's deliberation today awarded Capt. W. B. "Bert" Hail full judgment on a U.S.$40,000 suit to collect commissións from the Douglas Aircraft Corporation for the sale of twenty bombers to China in the past eight years.
Mr, Hall, one of the few surviving members of America's Lafayette Esquadrille, was a former Government adviser in China. He is now technical adviser in the production of a film version of "Shanghai Deadline," a novel written by Mr. La Selle Gilman of Shanghai—United Press,
