Los Angeles, May 30.
At 8 o'clock to-night the Rev. Alton Earl Lee, of the Immanuel Gospel "Association, Inc, passed the ninth hour of a. preaching marathon in which he plans 10 discuss the entire Bible." Preli~ minery, estimates indicated that the task would take sixty hours, but at the end of the ninth hour hho had not even finished his discourse on Genesis.
The Rev. Mr, Lee denied that his action was a publicity stunt, fond said he merely hoped to create an interest in spiritual things—United Press, Nayadu, Chief Minister of the Madras Government, in a speech at Bulla to-day.
