The Hungarian press today stated that the negotiations here of the Rumenian-Hungarian mixed commission for pending questions following the Vienna award miy be regarded as broken off following the departure of the Rumanian chairman, M. Valer Pop, for Bucharest last Saturday and ctirrent reports that he will not return, for the time being.
Both the Rumanian and Hungarian press has been featuring counter claims of persecution in the Transylvanian minorities under which circumstances, political quarters understood. no atmosphere for negotiations existed—United Press.
