J. Richard "Dixie" Davis and Harry Schoenhaus. former members of the Arthur "Dutch Schultz" Flegenheime: Kang, received light sentences from Sustice Ferdinand Pecora today in saturn for evidence presented against James J. Hines. former Tammany Hall political leader, convicted of accepting bribes from Schultz for political Protection given the Schultz gang in its organization of the multi-million dollar "numbers" racket in New York. His conviction was largely a result of testimony presented against him by Davis and Schoenhaus.—United Press.
