Berlin Says Ship at Murmansk

Berlin, Oct, 29.

The German Foreign Office formed the United States Emb: yesterday that the City of Flint had not left Murmansk, despite the false report received the night before that the vessel had sailed for Germany.

The Foreign Office said the Soviet Government had only ordered the City of Flint to sail, but as far as the German Government knew, the vessel had not yet left Russia.

Informed circles, despite the statement of the Foreign Office, told the United Press the City of Flint was en route to Kiel It was believed the intention was to create confusion over the ship's whereabouts.—United Press,
