An Air Ministry communique, gi ing details of the attacks on Germany and German-occupied territory last night, states:—"Last night, Bomber Command aircraft made a powerful attack on the port of Bremen, where very large fires were started, Another force bombed shipyards and industrial objectives at Vegesack, scoring many direct hits and starting many fires. Other targets attacked were at Emden, Wilhelmshaven, Cuxhaven, Oldenburg, Den Helder and Dunkirk, "Fleet Air Arm aircraft, operating with the Coastal Command, bombed targets at Calais during the night.
From these operations, 12 aircraft of Bomber Command are missing."
It is learned a power station at Comines, near Lille, was attacked by Blenheim bombers' this morning,
