The annual meeting of the French Gas Company was held on the 20th January, at the offices of the Agents. Present:—Messrs, $. A. Viguier, (in the chai), Nissen, A. Henneguin, Dr. Pichon, J. Rodewald, Capt. West, and A, Nachtrieb, representing 315 shares.
Dr. Pichon and Mr, Rodewald were elected scrutators, and Mr. Nachtrieb secretary.
