A meeting of No. 1 Company S.V.C. was held Monday, to decide upon the institution of " Company Challenge Cup. Captain Holliday announced that Lieut, Sim had very liberally given $50 towards one, and proposed that " further sum of $100 be voted from: the-Company's funds for the purpose. This was agreed to, and after some discussion of the conditions on which the Cup should be shot for, it was resolved to leave all details to be arranged by the Standing Committes.
