SCHOOL, 10 meet the long felt want of an Educational Establishment in " healthy Tocality for the Children of the Residents of Shanghai and the other Ports of China, and at the request of several influential members of the Shanghai and Chefoo communities, Mr. and Mrs, Lorwexstery have, onthe first of June, opened a first class' BOARDING SCHOOL for CHILD-REN of both sexes and of all ages.
This will afford an excellent opportunity for parents, not wishing to send their children Home, to give them a sound English Education, also instruction in the Latin, German, and French Particular attention will be paid to the pupils' advancement in Music, Mr.
RWENSTEIN having made the Piano and Singing special studies.
It is hoped that the facilities offered, combined with the advantage of having their children brought up in the recognized healthiest port in China, will induce parents to patronize. the' above-named Institution.
