The annual general meeting of the Shanghai Yacht Club was held on the St. March, the attendance being more than usually numerous. The chair was taken by Mr. A. J. Little, Commodore and there were also present—Messrs. G. B. Hill, Vice-Commodore; ©. P. Blethen, J. H. Vail, C. V. Housman, H. B, Amoore, H. B. Miller, 'A. Thurburn, W. White, B. Palamountain, J. Crofts, B. A. Oliver, 5. Ashley, W. H. Richard, J. Waller, J. J: Tucker, J, Brown, and W. H. Hewett, Secretary.
The minutes of the last mesting were read, confirmed, and signed; and the statement of accounts for the 1874-75 was taken as read, as follow:
