At the Meeting of the Council held in the Council Room, No. 23, Kiangse Road, Shanghai, on Friday, the $0th July, 1880, at 9 o'clock a.m.
Present:—Messrs, R. W. Little (Eh man), H. R. Hearn, Geo. J. Holland, Louis Mendel, W. C. Ward, and the Secretary.
The Minutes of the previous meeting are read, confirmed, signed by the Chairman, and passed for publication, Cash Statement, for week ending 29th July, was submitted, and cheques for sundry accounts are signed.
Census for 1880.—The annexed return of Foreigners resident in the Settlement and outside roads, on 30th June, is submitted
