Meeting of 18th July, 1874.

Summons calling the meeting was taken as read.
Minutes of last Meeting wore read, confirmed, and signed, Cash state for week ending 11th July was laid on the table, Honan Road Bridge, Soochow Oreek.—Tho extra expenditure of Tls. 1,000 on this work was deferred further consideration, until the Council had the plans and speci fications laid before them. This the Works Committee undertook to do at the next Meeting.
Wheelbarrow Fees—Division with French Council.—The following letter from the French Municipal Council was read.
