The business transacted during the present week has been smaller than usual, and is restricted to 1,000 bales; common Teatlees and Tayswams forming the larger proportion of the settlements. Market chops and classic silks have been neglected,—the only purchases' reported are Gold Lion and Blue Elephants at prices: showing very-little or no change;—mheres inferior descriptions are rather higher.
