Minutes of the annual meeting of Landrenters in Hankow, held at H.B.AL?'s Con sulate on the 22nd of January, 188%, Chal. Alabaster, Eeq., H.B.ML's Consul, in the Chair. Present:—Messea. Bredon, John, Molchanoff, Ramsay, Robertson, Camming, Woodward, Reddie, Inglis, Sharp and Pere Vaudagna, representing TI votes, 'The notification calling the mesting having been read, the Chairman des Messrs. Bredon,' Inglis, Molchanoff and Ramsay duly elected Members of the Municipal Connell for the year 1884.
The Cuarmaax suggested that the accounts and report should be taken as read.
Mr. Ramsay asked what. sewage it was the report referred to.
