Messrs. F. B. Forbes, J. Buchanan, R. Wainewright, A. J. How, G. J. Morrison, J. M. Cory, and O. Dowdall.
The revision was taken up at By-Law XIX, and the following By-Laws as far as No. "XXVIII, were approved with one two verbal alterations. To By-Law
