The following Appeal has been amt to us by Me, Bandinel, of Newchwang, on beluit of the Relief Gommittes Subscriptions the purpose of aod by the recent floods throughout the river valleys of this province, For day the plains hare bron vast lake, aeros which boats are sailing without hindrance houses have fallen by hundreds in the country districts, the villyyera have lost thole crops, sores, clothes, and in many instances their lives, 'The Hoods wre wow subsiding, and the survivors will probably manage with some difficulty to eke out a scanty subsis'euce during the autumn 5 but when the winter sets in, their sufferings will be great, without hi clothing and' les been formed consisting of M Allen, Bandinel, Morrison and Macintyre for the pose of raining and distributing funda among the sufferers, without distinction of sect or religion.
