Farvbam, the following gentlemen being elected to fill vacancies on the Board The Rov. EH. F. Tatum, the Rev. W. P. Bentley. the Rev. J. L. Rees, and Mr. Lee Honkway. The report of the year's work presented to the meeting was as follows It is with deep and heartfelt gratitude that we are permitted to record God's jedness during another year of the iety's history. For fourteen years it has been_ permitted to prosecute its work without interruption and with a degree of success, for which we are devoutly thankful. The work of the Society is much the same as that carried on by so many religious Bue of which there are none here, and but publishing houses in Kurope and America,

for tract societies and an occasional missionary publication nothing would be done.
