(2) Tung Lu-kao, Brigadier General of the Tsochiang military circuit of Kuangsi, is hereby commanded to resign his post and come up to Peking for an audience.
(3) Ch'en Ming-chih, Grain Taotai of Fukien, Ho Shan, prefect of Yenchoufu, Chekiang, Ni En-lin, prefect of Nauch'ang-fa, Kiangsi, and Chou Tien-ling, prefect of Szénfu, Kuangsi, are hereby all ordered to resign their posts and come up to Peking for an audience.
