The C.LM. are expecting some gentlemen here soon who were formerly members of Miss Taylor's Tibetan mission; but who now are associated with the ELM. 'They Propose staying' in Szechuan studying the language until a favourable opportunity presents itself of entering Tibet. The Canadian Mission has been able to purchase a good property since the return of the missionaries and has almost completed the work of renovating the dwellings. Dr. Hare expects in a short time to begin work on 2 large new brick hospital.
