Macao have presented their -report to Sr. Galbardo, the Governor, They recommend an extensive reclamation from the Public Garden to Government House, which if carried out would: render that part of the Praia Grande an inland street. From the east of the Praia below San Francisco Fort it is proposed to run out a breakwater and forma bay for anchorage. The scheme no doubt is a good one, but I fear the Lisbon authorities will not sanction the ne outlay.
