Yen Mou, Tartar General of Kirin, reports the death of Sha-ké-tu-lin-cha-pu, the Brigadier-General of the Manchu traps stationed at Hunchun, and requests that special honours be granted to the deceased in consideration of his faithful services during: the Taiping and Mahommedan re-hellions. We are deeply grieved to hear of the said General's death and hereby command that his family be granted the usual faneral expenses befitting his rank and also that all black marks against his official record be hereby eras d and (2) Ting Li-ying is appointed censor of the Shansi Cireui
