After hearing evidence for the plaintiff, His Lordship adjourned the hearing'for week, for the production of invoices.

This was a claim against M. E. Bennett for $71.15, for clothing supplied during the current year.
Defendant admitted owing $66.15 and plaintiff agreeing to accept that sum in settlement of the claim, His Lordship gave judgment for $66.15, and costs.
