Leake, Chartered Accountant, Shanghai, 14th June, 1901, The first annual general meeting of this Company was held at the head office, Nanking Road, yesterday at 5 p.m. There were present Messrs. J. D. Clark (Chairman), J. A. Ballard, A. C. Hunter (Directors), R. D. Neish, H. Rodger, J. Morgan, A. R. Leake (Auditor) and' J. Green (Secretary), representing 1,026 votes.
Mr. Neish proposed That Mr. A. R. Leake be elected Andi-for for the ensuing year.
Mr. Morgan seconded. Carried.
The Chairman then said—This concludes the business of the meeting, gentlemen. The Dividend warrants will be issued at once, and I think you for your attendance.
