Tom yr. O'Suzivay. a summons by C. H. Tom, a inst M. O'Sullivan, for $18.90 for clothes supplied.
The plaintiff appeared and said that the account was origi y $33.80 but $15 had n paid. Defendant was called but did not appear.
His Honour wave judgment for the amount claimed, with costs, and told plaintif he could have a warrant of execution if he failed to get the money.
