Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Landrenters of the British Concession at Hankow, held at H.B.M. Con-aulete-General on Monday, the 18th of February, 1900, Preseut.—Messra, Archibald (2), Bouchard (1), Alfred Brown (1), Gordon Brown (2), Carter (2), Craddock' (8), Faga (1), Foster (4), Fraser (6), Geddes (14), Gordon (10), Hunt (7), Laub (1), Livingstone (2), Oxley (4), Pearce (3), Piccoli (3), Ridgely Schuchard (2), Siebert (1), Thyen 1), Wereschagin (12), Whistler (10), and Wilcox (1), representing 102 votes out of EH. Fraser Esq., H.B.M's Acting Consul-General, in the Chair.
The Chairman read the notice convening the meeting; whereupon, Mr, Geddes moved that the minutes of the last meeting be considered as read.
Mr. Oxley seconded the motion, which was carried, The Report and Accounts as published were then laid upon the table Hankow Municipal Council. Report for the year ending Bist December, 1899.
Councillors elected st the Annual Mecting of Landrenters held on the 30 1, January, 1899, were Messrs. Craddock Geddes, Koosnetzoff, Oxley, Ramsay and Vhistler.
