The statutory meeting of this Coanpany was held on Friday morning at the attices of Messrs, Gibb, Livinzston & Ca, Bund. Mr. Alex. MeLend presided, there were present Messrs. EH. Jen Hong, E. B. D, Little, representing in £828 shares. no business to transact at that as it was only a formal comply with the Companies' O: of Ho The meet held within four months of incorporation and as the date of incorporation was the Teh of Iuly it was thought more con-race week, to hold the meeting as Mr. Jacks to close the fi al year.
The Chairman replied that the annual meeting would probably be held in Februsy or March, when accounts up to the 31st of December would be presented.
