We hear with great regret that there is considerable doubt about the date of Governor Yuan Shih-kui's last telegram as ta the safety of two Legations in Peking. There is reason now to think that the of July was not the date of the messen: departure from Peking, but of at Chinanfu, so that his departure from Peking would he some days earlier, There ye again rumours that the friendly Chinese are passing food into the two remaining Legations.
