In w of the general wish to help in alleviating the sufferings of the soldiers ud saflurs of all nationalities who may be rided or fall sick during the present op tions in the North, the First Aid Association proposes to open a Fund for the provision—as far as may be—of such additional medical supplies and comforts as the troops need.
The Fund will be administered by the Dele ned committee in consultation with the principal medical oticers of the carious Forees engaged.
