Personally I think for the Duke's sake it is a very wise decision as the change should be of service to him; he undoubtedly looks most delicate has done so for some time; one cold ter another has told on a constitution which has never been robust and the long voyage and complete rest for the greater part of the time should prove most beneficial. Yesterday a visit was paid to Tilbury to view the Ophir in which the Royal couple sire to sail on the 16th of March. $ a most comte belonging to the Orient ers and already nearly all the requisite alterations have been made, so that she will in a few days go round to Portsmouth, where the embarkation is to take place.
