It is stuted by the " Universal Gazette" that the Foreign Ministers are trying to get the Chinese Government to consent to pu ting all former loans from foreign countries into one Jump sum with the present indemnity for convenience of future repayment. In other words, it is proposed that China shall pay off all her indebtedes to foreign country-s within 44 years, hina giting one-half of her annual income for the purpose.
