The Revolt in Manchuria

Latest official dispatches received at Peking from Fengtien (Lower Manchuria) report that the Insurgent leader, Liu Tan-zo, as had several successful battles with Russian troops near Hsinyen, Southeastern Fengtien, and ghat in consequence of this the ranks of the insurgents are being now constantly augmented.
