Me. Joostens, the Belgian Minister, was engaged a few days since with some Germar soldiers in putting up the corner posts of the new Belgian Legation that Will he erected on the site of the home of old Hsit Tang, the most intensely an'i-foreign man who encouraged the Boxer fizzle. Hosit committed suicide on the entrance of the Allies into the Capital and his son was beheaded some months since by the Japanese along with Chi Hsin. It is to be hoped the Belgians will soon improve their property, for the unsightly ruin of the Hsii family pelage is the only site on Legation street that has not been improved or in process "f improving since the siege.
