In view of the vote by the Bulgarian Parliament of an extraordinary military credit of one million pounds sterling after a prolonged discussion with closed doors, the Porte has protested to Austria and Russia against Bulgaria's active military preparations, and lis also demanded an explanation from Bulgaria.
