We fancy he will be inclined to coutitiue his acquaintance with foreign dignitaries, Prince Ssu.
Of the other princes. Prine" Ssu is the only one keen on foreign intercourse and improvements. Besides learning English, he has a German to give military drill to his son and the sons of his attendants, now and then sees a foreigner, but is not very enthusiastic in the matter.
