Mr. John Prentice and Mr

Pearce were unanimously re-elected President and Vice-President, repectively, of the Association.

The Chairman said that there had been some difficulty in getting anyone to undertake the duty of Hon. Secretary and Treasurer of the Association, but he was glad to say that Mr. E. P. Graham-Barrow had consented to undertake the duties of Hon, Secretary, but not of Treasurer.

Mr. Graham-Barrow was unanimously appointed Hon. Secretary of Peter W. C. G. Clifford under-Association, and after some per-

took to fulfil the duties 6f Hon. Treasurer.

As several of the local football clubs, who have to appoint representatives on the League Committee, have not yet held their annual meetings, it was impossible to form a League Committee, but Mr. G. F. Forshaw was appointed Chairman of such committee, if he was willing to retain that office.

Arrangements for the coming foot. ball season were left in the hands of the Hon, Secretary and the incoming League committee.

The meeting closed with a hearty vote of thanks to Mr. Prentice for presiding.
