Berlin, Nov. 14.

The Foreign Office publishes the following reports:

Headquarters, Nov. 14.

Our marine troops have i on the enemy heavy losses near Nieuport on the Yser, and have made seven hundred French Il. soners. The offensive at Ypres is progressing well. Eleven hundred prisoners have been made there.

Violent French attacks near and east of Soissons have been repulsed with great losses for the French.

More fighting is developing on the frontier of East Prussia near Edykuhnen and in the districts more to the south, southwest and east. No decision has been arrived at as yet.

Berlin, Nov. 13.

The "Deutscher Ueberseedienst"" reports:

News from the eastern theatre of war is showing that matters are proceeding favourably. Th> Russian cavalry, which were beaten back with heavy losses at Kolo before, and which had resumed the off swinging southward, wer: again repulsed east of Kalish. This removes any possible danger of a Russian invasion of Silesia.
