Mrs, Roberts r. W. E. Vaconay, Mrs, Roberts claimed from W. E. Vang-ban $65.45 due for board and lodging from 22nd January to 2ist February, 1902, $78.70 for board and lodging from 22nd February to 21st March, and $86 for b-ard and lodging from 22nd March to 13th May.
The defendant acknowledged that he owed the amounts claimed.
His Worship gave judgment for the plaintiff for the money climed, with costs, and ordered that $109 should be paid by 20th June, $100 by 20th July, and $30.15 by 20th August.
