The Bukharest correspondent of the Petrograd Agency states that Turkish squadron, consisting of 2 cruiser of the Breslau type and six torpedo-boats, was noticed on the 19th instant six miles off Constanza apparently steaming to Sulina to attack the Russian coasters trading to the Danube ports.
