It is reported that the Ministry of War hss decided upon the establishment of 8 military engineering school. The object is to enable students to acquire a knowledge of designing and constructing defensive works. The regulations heve already been drafted. Two German professors of artillery and gunnery and five French engineers will be engaged. The Ministry will shortly memorialize the Throne on the matter. It is reported that already an annual appropriation for the expenses of the school has been provided for.
