In this case the plaintiffs claimed the sum of Tle. 29,846.27 and interest, as damages for the defendant's refusal to accept delivery of watches ordered by him for the Shanghai Watch Club.
Mr. A. 8. Wilson (Messrs. Stokes, Platt & Teesdale) represented the plaintiffs and Mr. W. 8. Fleming appeared for the defence.
