The Directors submit the following statement of accounts for 1909.
The year's working has resulted a Net Profit of Tls. 43,493.11, to which the balance brought forward from 1908, Tis, 6,182.88 being added, the eum of Tis, 49,675.99 remains at credit of Profit and Loss Account to be dealt with, This som it priate as follows proposed to appro-write off 2} per cent on book value of Buildings, Pontoons, etc.. 2 6,092.70 to pay a Dividend of 18 per cent on Capital of Tis, 250,000.00. 37,500.00 and to carry forward 6,083.29
Tie, 49,675.99 property of the Company has been kept in first close repair and the coat charged to working expenses.
Mr. K. Oldérp and Mr. H, Arobold retire from the Board, as required by the Articles of Association bat being eligible offer themselves for!
The Accounts have been audited by Mr. G. Wailleamier, who offers himself for re-election.
