The representative of the Vladvostok Government in Japan has been authorized to take steps to obtain payment of the rental of the Russian fishing lots from private Japanese firms, which under various pretexts has not been_ paid for several years. The sum of Y1,500,000 is due for 1921 alone.—Reuter.
