A Postal Question

To the Editor of the "Norru-Cuina Dairy News."

Smr,—Now that the Chinese Postal authorities have taken over the British and Japanese post offices, I would like to know what is to become of all the postage stamps of the closed offices that may still be in the possession of the several firms and individuals in Shanghai. Are we to keep them as a memento!

I am, etc.
