Peking, Jan. 31.
The House of Representatives to-day passed a '"'chanan" condemning General Tsai Cheng-hsun for failing to restore order in Kiangsi, not allowing Mr. Hsieh Yuan-han to enter the province and using educational funds for military purposes.
The House also passed a resolution extending the present session for four months, till June 11, and asking the Senate to sup port the resolution.
The House also asked the Premier to come to the House and explain his views with reference to the restoration of the Chinese Eastern Railway. The Premier has-promised to attend for this purpose at. the next sitting. Reuter.
