Wayside Park.—Parchase is suthotizad of " small piece of unregistered land required to complete the Wayside Park site, at the rate of Tls. 1,000 per mow, or a sum of Tis, 60 for an area of Mow 0.06.
Road Extensions and Widenings.
Hanbury and Miller Roads.—Aoceptance is authorized of the offer of the Rev, H. P. Shaw, on bebait of the Foreign Christian Missionary Society, to surrender piece of land ex Cadastral Lot 1072, required for the improvement of the corner of these roads, at the assessed value, or " sum of Tls. 30 for an ares of Mow 0.003. The land in question has been in public use for the past 13 years, Whashing Road.—Letter from Messrs, Drammond, White-Cooper and Phillips in regard to the anestisfactory condition of this road, with reply as directed, is ordered for publication
