The annual meeting of this Company was held at the offices of Messrs. Arnhold, Rarberg & Co.on Tuesday. There were present: Messrs. M. Mittag (Chairman), A. Zickermann, A. Hoorttler, Woo Saw-chin, and Ho Hsien-chu (Directors), R. Lemke (General Manager), A. L. Charlton, F. Griinwald and Vice-Consul Mezzor.

The hairman,—Before ring into the business oft day, it is with extreme regret I have to inform you that Mr. Joh, Noelting. the Chairman of our Company, died on the 28th of September, 1904,-and I would request you to memory of the a gentleman, who was connected with our Company practically since it was incepted.
