Sm,—I have perused the letter of "Injustice" in your paper of 31st ult. with interest, having ben the victim of the same joke quite recentl, Hail Injustice, however, sent the lotter to the British Post Office it would have gone forward without oven the extra stamp.
The I. P. O. after all is only a private enterprise and can make its own rules and regulations, regardless of what may be dono by less enlightened nations.
