The manager of the Shanghai Branch of the Yokohama Specie Bank courteously communicates to us the following telegram received from the Head Office, Yokobam:
At the halt-yestly ordinary meeting of the Yokohama Specie Bank, Ld., held at Yokohama on March 10.'1911, it was That the capital of the Bank be doubled to Yen 48,000,000, That a dividend at the rate of 12 per cent per annum be declared.
That Yen 250,000 be added to the Reserve Fund, thus bringing it up to Yen 16,850,000, That Yen 1,187,000 be carried forward, The names of Mr. Januosake Inouye and Baron Koyata Iwasaki bare beea added to the Board of Directors.
